1.How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

2. How can I check my order?

You can check the order by entering the Order Tracking page, enter the email address you filled in when you placed the order, and check the order confirmation email from support@ducebe.com to get your order number: [DBxxxx]. 
When you enter it correctly The order number can only be successfully queried, otherwise it will display that the order does not exist.

3. How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order that you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@duckbe.com.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the requested change

For example: changing the customized name, color, font, shipping address, or adding/removing items from the order.

Please note that personalized products may enter production shortly after the order is placed. If production has already started, a customization fee may apply when canceling or modifying the order.

Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of your question so we can assist you more quickly.

5.When will my refund be credited?

Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact us at support@duckbe.com.

6. Shipping Information

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are shipped via reliable logistics partners such as Yun Express or other international carriers, and tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

  • What if I need my parcel urgently?
    If you need your order urgently, please contact us at support@duckbe.com. We will check whether expedited shipping can be arranged. Additional charges may apply.
